Understanding Artifacts

Every Crucible session produces audit-ready artifacts. Learn what they contain and how to use them.

What are Artifacts?

Artifacts are the outputs of a Crucible session. They provide a complete record of the debate and a clear recommendation for decision-makers. Every session produces:

  • Decision Brief: Executive summary with recommendation
  • Meeting Minutes: Complete transcript of the debate

Decision Brief

The Decision Brief is a board-ready document that summarizes the debate and provides a clear recommendation. It's designed to be shared with executives and stakeholders.

What's Included

  • Executive Summary: High-level overview of the question and recommendation
  • Converged Recommendation: The primary recommendation with rationale
  • Key Findings: Important insights from the debate
  • Risks and Caveats: Identified risks and limitations
  • Areas of Dissent: Where Agents disagreed and why
  • Evidence and Citations: Sources and data supporting the recommendation
  • Next Steps: Recommended actions and decision owners
  • Confidence Score: How certain Agents are about the recommendation

Meeting Minutes

Meeting Minutes provide a complete audit trail of the debate. They include every claim, challenge, and response, making them valuable for:
