What are Artifacts?
Artifacts are the outputs of a Crucible session. They provide a complete record of the debate and a clear recommendation for decision-makers. Every session produces:
- Decision Brief: Executive summary with recommendation
- Meeting Minutes: Complete transcript of the debate
Decision Brief
The Decision Brief is a board-ready document that summarizes the debate and provides a clear recommendation. It's designed to be shared with executives and stakeholders.
What's Included
- Executive Summary: High-level overview of the question and recommendation
- Converged Recommendation: The primary recommendation with rationale
- Key Findings: Important insights from the debate
- Risks and Caveats: Identified risks and limitations
- Areas of Dissent: Where Agents disagreed and why
- Evidence and Citations: Sources and data supporting the recommendation
- Next Steps: Recommended actions and decision owners
- Confidence Score: How certain Agents are about the recommendation
Meeting Minutes
Meeting Minutes provide a complete audit trail of the debate. They include every claim, challenge, and response, making them valuable for:
- Understanding how the recommendation was reached
- Reviewing specific arguments and evidence
- Audit and compliance requirements
