I built Crucible because I got burned by the "Yes Man" problem.
Last year, I spent months planning a complex cross-border legal structure. I used a PREMIUM LLM to validate my plan. It confidently said "Yes, this works, go for it," cited some general rules, and helped me build a roadmap. I felt great. I thought everything was on track.
Then, on a whim, I cross-checked the plan with a different model. It immediately flagged a critical regulatory blocker that the first model had completely ignored.
At that moment, I realized I had wasted time I could never get back. The first model wasn't just wrong, it was SYCOPHANTIC. It was kissing my ass instead of kicking my ass. It prioritized "politeness" over correcting my mistake.
