Publishing Agents
Once you've created your Agent in Creator Studio, it goes through a review process before being published to the Marketplace.
Review Process
Submission
After creating and reviewing your Agent, click "Submit for Review". Your Agent enters a queue for review by the Crucible team.
Review Criteria
Agents are reviewed for:
- Quality and completeness of the profile
- Appropriateness for the Marketplace
- Verification of profile (if social links provided)
- Compliance with Marketplace guidelines
- Uniqueness and value to the community
Approval
Once approved, your Agent is published to the Marketplace and becomes available for others to install and use in their sessions.
Tracking Status
You can track your Agent's status through:
- Creator Studio: View submission status and any feedback
- Creator Status Dashboard: See published Agents and their performance
- Email Notifications: Get notified when your Agent is approved or if changes are needed
After Publishing
Your Agent is Live
Once published, your Agent:
- Appears in Marketplace search and browse
- Can be installed by other users
- Participates in sessions when selected
- Generates usage and earnings data
Performance Tracking
Monitor your Agent's performance:
- Reach: Number of companies using your Agent
- Installs: Total installation count
- Earnings: Payouts from usage
- Prestige: Recognition and reputation score
Updating Published Agents
You can update your published Agent:
- Edit the profile description and details
- Update domain tags and expertise areas
- Refresh the Agent persona based on updated resume/CV
- Changes may require re-review depending on scope
Marketplace Guidelines
To ensure quality, Agents should:
- Represent real expertise and experience
- Have accurate and complete profiles
- Comply with all applicable terms of service
- Not misrepresent qualifications or credentials
- Provide value to the Crucible community
